Every unit is inspected against our own standard before it ships.
Our transformers are designed and manufactured in compliance with IEC 60076, ANSI/IEEE and other international standards. CE, SGS and BV third-party inspection certificates are available on request.
For standard models the MOQ is one unit. For customised transformers, please contact us with your specific requirements.
Standard distribution transformers typically ship 15–25 working days after the deposit is received. Large power transformers and custom orders take approximately 30–45 working days.
We commonly accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight. Other terms can be negotiated based on order value and cooperation history.
Yes. We customise voltage level, capacity, cooling type, impedance, vector group, tap changer and enclosure protection rating, as well as special environmental requirements such as high temperature, humidity or corrosion resistance.
We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of shipment. During the warranty period we replace defective parts free of charge and provide technical support. Extended warranty is also available.
Every transformer goes through routine tests before delivery — winding resistance measurement, voltage ratio test, no-load and load loss test, dielectric strength test and oil leakage test. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or another agency can be arranged on request.
