Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as identity documents or bank account details, through this website.

• Usage information: the pages you view, when you view them and how long you stay.

• Google Fonts — the website loads its fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Maps — the Contact page shows an embedded Google map. Google receives your IP address and browser information when the map loads.
• Social media and messaging — our links to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp take you to those services. Nothing is sent to them until you click, and their own privacy policies apply once you do.

06When we share information

• With the service providers listed above, which process it on our behalf and only to provide their services to us.
• Where needed to prepare a quotation or fulfil an order: with partner manufacturers, independent inspection agencies such as SGS or BV, and freight and logistics providers. We share only what they need, such as a delivery contact.
• With authorities, courts or professional advisers where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect our legal rights.

We do not share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

07International transfers

We are based in China, and information you send us is processed in China. Our service providers may also process it in other countries. When information is transferred across borders, we take the steps required by applicable law to keep it protected.
