Transformers Loaded for Dispatch
A batch of oil-immersed transformers wrapped, crated and loaded onto flatbed trailers for delivery. Every unit is inspected before it leaves, and test reports, product certificates and the packing list travel with the goods. Bushings and radiators are protected separately and the body is secured for the road journey and the container crane that follows. Real-time order tracking runs from the works through to the port, and where inspection is required before loading the report is issued before the container is sealed.

Overseas Customers Visit Our Office and Production Line
Overseas customers walking the winding shop and the assembly bays during a factory visit. Customers are welcome to attend production, supervision and testing at any point in the order. Where travel is not practical, third-party inspection by SGS, BV or another agency can be arranged instead, with the report issued before shipment. The visit began at our Shanghai office. Our engineering team provides technical consultation, product selection guidance and customised solution design before the order is placed — voltage level, capacity, cooling type, impedance, vector group, tap changer and enclosure rating are all set against the project rather than sold from a fixed list.
