Customers are welcome to attend production, supervision and testing at any point in the order. Where travel is not practical, third-party inspection by SGS, BV or another agency can be arranged instead, with the report issued before shipment.

The visit began at our Shanghai office. Our engineering team provides technical consultation, product selection guidance and customised solution design before the order is placed — voltage level, capacity, cooling type, impedance, vector group, tap changer and enclosure rating are all set against the project rather than sold from a fixed list.
