The stereoscopic triangle roll of iron core transformer breaks through the traditional planar structure and adopts a three-phase symmetric vertical structure. The product core magnetic circuit is three-phase symmetrical, magnetic resistance is greatly reduced, excitation current and no-load loss are low. It is a kind of transformer using traditional materials, but with lower operating noise, a more compact and efficient structure, and greater energy-saving efficiency. In terms of energy saving and emission reduction, this provincial material excellent performance is in line with the energy-saving policy of our country. Energy saving and environmental protection effect is obvious.
Energy saving: No-load loss is 13.25% lower than the standard S11 country standards; No-load current is 13% lower than the S11 national standard by 80%.
Province of material consumption: Saves 20% silicon steel sheet, and 2-3% copper.
Ultra-low noise: Noise can be reduced by 7 to 10 dB.
Three-dimensional Wound Core Features:
The same core column cross-section area; The same high window size; The same core column center distance. The iron core is made of three identical single-box splits, split after the equilateral triangle three-dimensional structure, with good stability, high mechanical strength, and three-phase force. This makes the body anti-short-circuit ability enhanced.
The iron core in the process of core magnetic circuit, three-phase coherent, and the laminated iron core and plane roll of iron core transformer, the shortest ensures three-phase power balance, and reduces the loss effect is remarkable.
Silicon steel sheet cutting can be done without waste processing, that is, material utilization rate is 100%. Core jointless continuous winding can maximize the elimination of artificial laminated, piled up, down on the quality fluctuation caused by iron yoke, reduces the processing process, and increases productivity. Triangle core has high space utilization, reduces the length of the coil wire, saves raw materials, and reduces the loss of load. The triangle core does not need to be cut or punched, which eliminates the traditional transformer's transverse and longitudinal joints, thereby reducing magnetic resistance. The core column cross-section assumes a circular shape, and the filling coefficient of the iron core is the highest among the largest triangle three-dimensional structures. This makes the three-phase magnetic circuit equal and the shortest, realizing the dream of an ideal transformer iron core structure.
